The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units. This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs. They drive timelines and promote various hiring initiatives including diversity talent attraction, recruiting programs, interviewing events, new manager trainings and strategic pipeline building.
