As Director, Global Field Sales Operations, you’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to run the operating rhythm of a global sales organization serving customers from Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) through Enterprise across multiple regions. You’ll lead forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives while building a scalable field operations function. By helping sales teams operate with greater clarity and consistency, you’ll support 1Password’s mission to help businesses protect what matters most with simple, human-centric security.
