The Catering Sales Manager drives catering and event revenue for The Knox by finding, booking and nurturing social, wedding, corporate and local business opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Catering Sales, you will own the client relationship from first inquiry through contract and a seamless handoff to the event team, while playing a key role as a founding team member in building the property’s business and establishing The Knox as a premier destination for events in Dallas. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for a polished seller who knows Dallas, loves the art of the event, and can translate Auberge's intimate, personalized style into proposals clients can't wait to sign.…
