SALES TRAINING DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION The Sales Training Manager plays a leading executional role in the Sales Training and Development department. Drive innovative training program execution of instructor-led and virtual training to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force. Awareness and familiarity with various learning technology options will be critical for this role. Conduct periodic needs analysis with the Senior Director, Sales Training to determine knowledge gaps and training needs.
