DESCRIPTION: The Commercial Excellence Senior Manager – Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) will act as a commercial operational partner to North America (NA) GSD – Commercial teams moving strategy to action and lead the execution of best-in-class Sales Force Effectiveness operating models to maximize sales team performance and AOT growth. You will be part of the GSD Sales Operations function and also Center of Excellence for Sales Force Effectiveness & Training (SFE); additionally, you will partner with all the Global Commercial Processes and Operations (CP&O) functions, working collaboratively across GSD to drive a culture of continuous sales improvement and high performance.…
