Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Vice President, Commercial & Digitalization serves as the senior legal leader accountable for global legal support across digital and technology matters (including cybersecurity), data privacy, real estate, and sourcing activities for UL Solutions. The role partners with enterprise, business, and functional leadership to enable growth, accelerate digital transformation, manage legal and regulatory risk, including through establishing and evolving appropriate technology governance mechanisms to address the adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, and ensure scalable, consistent legal support for customer, supplier, technology, real estate, and data-driven initiatives.…
