About this job

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Associate to plan and execute Figure’s humanoid robot deployments. This role requires excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Plan and lead the development of use cases for our humanoid robots. Build and execute operations and test plans for various types of deployments. Drive product & feature development and testing based on use case roadmaps and field feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 3-6 years of work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Experience defining team strategy and multiyear growth plan. Excellent judgment, team leadership, and execution in high-pressure situations. Ability to own workflows and drive progress autonomously.…
