Match Group Legal is creating a high impact commercial and ops enablement pillar – consolidating commercial contracting into a single, dedicated function serving our portfolio of brands, including Tinder, Hinge, Match, Plenty of Fish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, alongside powering our Legal Ops team. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on VP-level candidate to scale and lead this function: managing a small team of commercial contracting and legal ops professionals to strategically oversee vendor, SaaS/technology, and operations contracting matters across Match Group's global business, and legal operations matters, reimagining what both commercial contracting and legal-wide ops look like with AI in the loop.…
