About the Role iCapital is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations supporting the Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. Working alongside a close-knit team to drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability, this is a role for someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last. Responsibilities Support daily Salesforce operations, including user requests, ticket resolution, and stakeholder communication.
