Training Manager, Commercial Sales Excellence & Training is responsible for driving the design, development, implementation, and delivery of product, technical, and sales training programs that support the growth and strategic priorities of the global commercial business. This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Global Sales Enablement to develop training strategies and learning solutions that build technical expertise, commercial acumen, and sales effectiveness across the organization.
