Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level

Responsibilities: Work with assigned sales executives providing support with quotations, orders and CRM related duties. Follow up with customers and prospects on inquires and prepared proposals. Customer Service support including data entry, METrak project set up, updating CRM, new vendor/accounts processing. Review METrak for accurate billing/RFBs Maintain & update METrak & Salesforce (OR OTHER) database. Adding customer companies/contact’s information to database. Ensure that all information input during RFQ processing is accurate and all relevant fields are completed. Ensure Project 3.0s and phases are reviewed and updated in accordance with ‘P-Process’ training. Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a project or opportunity.…
