About the Commercial Implementation Team The Commercial Implementation team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing success of Zipline’s commercial operations. The team defines commercial workflows and compliance processes, tests and validates new features and procedures at test sites and partner sites, creates training materials and onboarding playbooks, and identifies and addresses operational gaps to deliver a smooth and successful P2 experience for all commercial operations. The Commercial Implementation team is deeply knowledgeable in every step of the process from order placed to successful delivery, and works with internal and external partners to optimize the experience for operators and customers.…
