As the Commercial Litigation Recovery Lead at Enova, you will serve as the team's go-to advisor on litigation strategy, collections policy, and matters at the intersection of legal and operational risk. You will direct outside counsel on routine and complex commercial collections litigation, help set and enforce partner performance expectations, and translate portfolio insights into recommendations that shape how Enova recovers on defaulted small business loans. As a hands-on leader, you will support the Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Analytics segments, step in on escalated or contested matters, and assist with vendor management, training, and team development.
