The Associate Director will help drive commercial strategy and business operations projects across the Neuroscience and Eye Care business, that includes Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, BOTOX Therapeutics and Eye Care. Specific activities will include: Strategic Excellence Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives that lay the strategic foundation to maximize patient impact of in-line brands Working with brand teams to lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready products Lead key strategic initiatives across Neuroscience that identifies longer-term growth (e.g., Strategy LRP, BD assessment, Roadmap and Brand planning) This position will foster positive working relationships and be highly collaborative with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D,…
