You'll lead Luma's regional sales — owning strategic accounts yourself while hiring and coaching a team of Account Executives — and place our creative AI technology with the world's leading brands and agencies. This is a player-coach role. You'll both close deals and build the team, refining the regional playbook in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment rather than following a set one.
