This role combines leadership, coaching, customer engagement, and commercial execution to achieve revenue, gross profit, customer acquisition, and retention objectives. You will serve as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with direct involvement in strategic customer opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and key account development while supporting the growth of Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio.
