What We Need We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Manager, Commercial Strategy. In this role, you’ll help define the strategy behind how our games are launched, monetized, and supported over time. This is a 0-to-1 role. You won't be inheriting a mature P&L and tuning it at the margins, instead you'll be defining the commercial model from the ground up: designing the monetization framework, building the forecasting models, standing up the KPIs and dashboards, and partnering closely with product and design as we move between development milestones toward a global launch and ongoing live operations.…
