Job Description The Regional Pilates Director will work report to the Regional Vice President of Operations. This individual will work directly with Vice President of Pilates, Sr. Club Directors, and General Managers, as well as Pilates Managers to institute necessary change through monthly metric reviews and collaborative mapping of action plans. This role will provide on-going training and development of Pilates Managers in a given area to subsequently ensure the integrity of meeting and exceeding financial goals.
