Research Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Supports late-stage cell therapy products through analytical assay development, assay qualification/validation, and sample testing activities. Contributes to the design, planning, execution, and optimization of analytical assay development activities and assay validation studies. Performs experiments, analyzes and interprets data, troubleshoots technical issues, and communicates results and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Prepares and presents scientific data in technical reports, team discussions, and departmental meetings.
