We have production positions available in multiple departments. Surface tech duties include: Backside coating - making sure lens is clean, spraying, wiping lens and loading in machine Blocking and Deblocking, block prep Machine operation, taping, generating, polishing Lens washing - removing lens from block, rinsing, washing and drying lens to remove debris AR tech duties include: Sorting lenses, cleaning and inspecting for imperfections Clean dirty rings in ultrasonic cleaner and rinsing Sandblasting sectors and panels Loading lenses into sectors and placing in machines Removing sectors, download lenses back to matching trays, visually inspecting Operating and cleaning AR coating machine Finish tech duties include: Sorting trays, edging, beveling Tinting - placing lens in holder and…
