About this job
As a Lien Resolution Coordinator, you’ll work alongside Lien Resolution Strategists to keep files moving from intake through resolution. You’ll handle lien requests and follow-ups across agency and payer portals, review documentation and spot issues early, support customer communication, and take on file steps delegated by the Strategists. You’ll also help build the team’s workflows, including for your own role, and test new tools as they’re introduced. This role is a good fit for someone with lien resolution or related experience who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and curious about how work can be done better. It offers hands-on exposure to the full lien resolution process, working closely with experienced Strategists.
