Purpose As an AM Supervisor - Heat Treat, EDM, Bandsaw, Media Blast, you will lead a team of highly trained technicians operating a growing fleet of Monolith LPBF additive manufacturing systems. You will own day-to-day heat treat, EDM, Bandsaw, Media Blast operations, improve equipment utilization, develop technical talent, and establish the operational discipline required to deliver consistent, certifiable production at scale. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-reliability, procedure-driven environments and knows how to build teams, enforce standards, solve complex problems, and continuously improve performance.…
