What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, friendly experience for clients and patients. Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to questions or connecting clients with the right team member. Schedule appointments thoughtfully to support patient needs and hospital workflow. Coordinate client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately. Communicate with veterinary team members to help ensure information is shared and patient visits run smoothly. Offer compassionate, discreet support during emotional or challenging situations. Maintain an organized, professional reception area and help keep daily operations on track.
