Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Locates proper descriptions and information to identify parts and material required. Expedites and receives maintenance parts and materials. • Maintains stores inventory. • Re-organizes items in stores and maintains computer records so items can be located by authorized personnel. • Sets up and maintains cycle count system of inventory. • Enters daily stores issues, resolves questions, and adjusts inventory as appropriate. • Maintains inventory computer files including adding new items and deleting items no longer needed. • Compiles information and prepares reports on maintenance cost, activities, and stores inventory. • Sets up and maintains an inventory file on all motors throughout the plant.…
