Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to work with our Memory Neurology team. This APP will work collaboratively in an independent clinic setting within a transdisciplinary team, providing specialized care for patients with cognitive and memory disorders. Focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with cognitive neurology and memory-related conditions. Position is 100% outpatient-focused. Some inpatient responsibility may be involved for PA or AGACNP.
