The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am *Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures *Thoroughly assess job request, identify correct process needed to produce documents and ensure appropriate completion throughout task lifecycle *Exercise independent judgment & use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction *Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions *Assist with coordination of document production services, preparation,…
