The House Supervisor, Manager is a registered nurse who manages overall hospital operations on the day, evening, night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts using leadership skills and clinical and administrative operations expertise. Responsibilities: Create and model an environment that fosters the development of collegial relationships among nursing and other department personnel.
