Sun and Mon 4p-12a, Tues 1p-4p, Fri 3:30-11:30, Sat 3p-11p (35 hours) Key Responsibilities Ensure resident activities support program policies, treatment goals, and a structured routine. Provide trauma-informed, gender-responsive support, including crisis intervention and de-escalation. Assist with daily living tasks, independent living skills, and participation in recovery-focused activities. Facilitate or co-facilitate groups, meetings, and structured program activities. Transport residents as needed and maintain safe, organized program spaces. Document resident progress, administer medications per MAP certification, and promote a recovery-oriented, person-centered environment.…
