We are seeking a senior executive to lead the enterprise-wide Order-to-Cash end-to-end process by integrating Global Process Ownership (GPO), Global Business Services, and AI-enabled transformation. This leader will define the strategic direction, governance, and operating model for scalable global Finance processes that improve cash flow outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The Global Process Owner is accountable for end-to-end process design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement across regions, business segments, and delivery organizations. The role serves as the primary authority for global process decisions and establishes the roadmap needed to strengthen billing, collections, cash application, and dispute and deduction resolution.…
