General Summary: Responsible for supervising the daily functions of production departments including meeting production goals, daily goals, hiring and development of staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for associates. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manages Jobs per Hour in production departments Supervises activities in assigned department(s), ensuring work flow and proper utilization of associates Ensures older jobs are processed in a timely manner Resolves breakage issues to keep breakages low Conducts root cause analysis to timely identify issues and minimize disruption to production levels Process and review daily reports Manages lens and frame inventory as required Works to ensure other departments within the lab maintain a steady work flow and works with other…
