Administer, support, and maintain PLM systems, primarily Siemens Teamcenter Perform system configuration, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance across PLM environments (production and test) Support multi-tier PLM architecture including web, enterprise, and database layers Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents impacting engineering users Support environment management, including refreshes, deployments, and basic automation of repeatable tasks Assist with implementation of new features, modules, and system enhancements Provide day-to-day support to engineering users, including issue resolution, training, and documentation Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business systems teams to support integrations with ERP, MES, and other enterprise…
