Purpose: The Change Management Specialist supports and, for assigned initiatives, leads the execution of change-management strategies that enable adoption, behavior change, and achievement of business outcomes. Working within the AbbVie-wide RISE framework, this role conducts stakeholder and change-impact assessments, supports readiness and engagement planning, develops communications and learning solutions, coordinates change champions and stakeholder activities, and monitors adoption and reinforcement. The Specialist partners with the Director, Associate Director, Manager, project teams, process owners, sponsors, and subject-matter experts from project inception through implementation and stabilization.…
