We are looking for a mid-level Transportation Planner / Modeler to support data-driven planning, modeling, and investment decision-making for multimodal transportation systems in Orange, CA. This role combines traffic modeling, and benefit-cost evaluation, along with support for grant writing and funding applications. The Impact You'll Make Utilize Transportation Modeling Software Develop and maintain traffic models (e.g., microsimulation, travel demand models) Experience with TransCAD and Synchro is required Experience with additional modeling software, such as Vistro and PTV Vissim, will also be well received Perform scenario analysis to evaluate infrastructure or policy changes Support forecasting of traffic volumes, congestion, and system performance Perform Transportation Planning…
