What you will do The Organizational Development Lead Expert oversees the organizational development initiatives of EDPR NA, working in collaboration with the CoE, Regional P&O Team, and managers across the company to assess organizational issues, develop strategic initiatives, and optimize the implementation of said initiatives. Role Overview: This position also ensures the consistency and accuracy of the company’s job descriptions and titles and assists with succession planning.
