Job Summary: Conduct purification and analytical testing using large-scale lab equipment, while supporting lab operations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Protein purification Buffer preparation & formulation Column packing Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Sample management (aliquot preparation) Lab maintenance: sample disposal, equipment prep for maintenance, equipment cleaning and storage, buffer ordering and inventory, lab waste management Physical Requirements Routinely work hands-on with large-scale laboratory equipment and materials.
