The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health. WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Nursing Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability, consistency, and high-quality care.
