As Director of Product Strategy, Monetization & Operations, you will own the commercial and financial engine of Motive's R&D organization. You will lead revenue, pricing, packaging, margin, and cost-reduction efforts across Product and Engineering, and pair that near-term revenue strategy with the long-term product and company strategy that sets Motive's direction. You will report to the Sr. Director of Product, build your own team, and work daily with senior leaders across the company. You are an exceptional partner and a rigorous analyst: someone who earns trust across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market, and who turns complex data into clear decisions.…
