Position Overview The Care Gap Program Coordinator supports the Health System Care Gap team in managing, processing, and enhancing gap closure programs for health system customers. A key component of this role is working with large, complex data sets to ensure accurate program setup, patient eligibility verification, and downstream operational readiness. The coordinator partners closely with internal teams—including Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, Customer Success (CSMs), Customer Experience (CX), and the Lab—to intake, validate, and coordinate new care gap program orders.
