As Site HR Director, you’ll join the Cincinnati site leadership team and turn business priorities into practical HR strategies that build capability, strengthen engagement, and support long-term success. You’ll lead HR for our Cincinnati site, part of the Drug Products Division within the Pharma Services Group, which manufactures oral solid dose pharmaceuticals. You’ll also provide HR leadership to the teams supporting our Indianapolis and Manatí sites.
