This is a part-time, 32 hours per week phlebotomy float position. Must have flexibility with scheduling for clients who may start earlier or stay later than normal hours. Weekend availability needed. Must be comfortable driving to client sites in Cedar Rapids, Manchester and Marion, IA. Base hourly rate includes float differential compensation. The Client Office Phlebotomist-Float reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
