We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner II to provide critical support to our teams. This role will partner with staff to develop and execute people strategies and policies focused on organizational effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance. Responsibilities Assist in implementation of programs, policies, and practices with team leaders throughout Ursa that foster our values of respect, results, and resilience, promote team success, and align with business strategies. Execute a cadence of regular check-ins with team leaders to improve team performance and increase team talent density.
