The Associate Director, Market Access Training is the person who makes sure brand and business priorities translate to action, across both Specialty Care and Gen Meds portfolios. The AD, Market Access Training owns two critical activities that shape how the entire Market Access function performs: the product and disease-state training and certification programs, and onboarding for every new Market Access hire.
