The Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Manager, Distribution & Logistics, will lead day-to-day quality operations within Mattel’s distribution center network. This role is responsible for supervising quality personnel, driving compliance with Mattel quality standards, overseeing product inspections and rework activities, and ensuring customer-specific quality requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with analytical problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and support a best-in-class customer experience.
