The Transaction Management Specialist III (“Specialist”) is a non-attorney role representing the Legal Function in providing documentation support, advice and guidance to Citi’s derivatives and futures clearing business. This role is responsible for supporting the negotiation and documentation process to facilitate the execution of business transactions with new and existing Citi clients (e.g., establishing a trading or banking relationship, entering transactions or services with Citi, and documenting trading in across various products), including managing a high-volume of contract amendments while fostering client relationships.
