The ESLParaprofessional supports Emergent Bilinguals (English Language Learners) by bridging the gap between instructional support and administrative compliance. This role involves assisting teachers in the classroom to provide language supports while supporting the LPAC Coordinator to ensure all state and federal documentation for the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) is accurate and up-to-date ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Instructional Delivery and Assessment Review lesson internalizations to pre-identify necessary linguistic supports.
