The Emergency Response (ER) Specialist – HSE is part of the Lilly Medicine Foundry’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team has responsibility to lead/coordinate the on-site Emergency Response Team as a shift lead and Incident Commander. This role will be part of the shift staff that supports a 24/7/365 organization (specific shift structure is under evaluation). The position also interacts with the Lilly Medical Director, Employee Health Services (EHS), security, fire safety systems, local building staff/management teams, and outside agencies. This role is responsible for responding to emergencies and special events, as well as participating in various site emergency response programs, fire safety programs, and supporting departmental and site projects, as needed.…
