The HR Generalist offers support for hourly associates with concerns varying including, but not limited to payroll, benefits, and internal programs. The HR Generalist will also partner with the HRBP with creating and implementing new programs and initiatives and pushes for HR best practices. Essential Job Responsibilities Works with and advises NDW employees with their questions and concerns on various topics. Reviews documentation from Lincoln Financial and updates employee statuses as needed. Maintains personnel records and assists with ensuring HR best practices concerning documentation procedures. Processes status change requests within HRIS systems and sends appropriate documentation to the affected employee. Assists with hosting and setting up for the new hire orientation classes.…
