The Senior Estimator will develop detailed conceptual and bid-stage estimates, review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze labor, equipment, materials and subcontractor costs, and establish accurate project pricing and budgets. This position will collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, project management, operations, procurement, finance and executive teams throughout the pursuit and preconstruction process, including design-build and other alternative delivery methods. The ideal candidate brings strong heavy civil/highway construction estimating experience, a solid understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects, and the ability to analyze complex project requirements, risks, schedules and cost data while supporting competitive, well-developed…
