This is a hybrid full-time role based in the San Rafael office office. A typical full-time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care*, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient facing day. A sign-on bonus and r elocation assistance may be available for this role *Remote care days are subject to change based on utilization and business discretion.
