About You and The Role Zipline is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations across 3–5 Drone Charging Sites in the greater Houston area. These field locations support aircraft readiness and drone delivery operations. You will lead site teams, plan staffing, and set clear expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with Flight Operations, Customer Operations, Maintenance, to keep sites ready and resolve operational issues. This is an onsite role based in the Houston area, with regular travel between sites. It’s a good fit for a hands-on operations leader who can coach teams, use data to improve performance, and adapt when priorities change.…
